Pricing
The open-source core is free. Marketing, Service, and AI are paid add-ons, each licensed per production site, and Odden Cloud is the hosted version with everything included, priced per workspace with unlimited users.
The open-source core is free
Core (contacts, companies, timelines), Sales, the Filament admin, and the mail builder are MIT licensed. Use them in commercial projects, on as many sites as you like, at no cost, with no key and no account. Nothing is sent to us.
Paid add-ons
Marketing and Service
Two add-ons build on the free core, and a third, Odden CRM Pro, adds AI. Buy only the ones you need, or the Suite for all three. Prices are per production site, and there are no per-user or per-contact fees: use it with as many people, contacts and emails as you like.
Licenses are not on sale yet. These are the launch prices we plan to start with. Join the list and we will email you when you can buy one.

Odden Marketing
Campaigns with A/B testing, drip workflows, forms and landing pages, lead scoring that ages, and multi-touch attribution, on the same data as your sales.

Odden Service
Tickets from email, forms, chat, and the API, with SLAs on business hours, routing, a knowledge base, a customer portal, and CSAT surveys.

One license per production site
- A license covers one live site. Local, development, and staging installs are free.
- It buys updates: every version released while the license is paid, plus 30 days after.
- The add-ons keep working if you stop paying. You keep every version you have, for as long as you like. We do not switch features off. Updates just stop until you renew.
- Products bought together share one license key, so you install them all with one credential. If you add a product later, write to support@odden.io and we will add it to your existing key.
- The add-ons require the open-source core and install on top of it.
- Agencies can pay for a client's license, or pass it to the client to pay for. A license moves between accounts from your license dashboard without touching the site.
- Early releases of Marketing and Service, up to version 0.9, were published under the MIT license, and that license stays with those releases. New versions are part of the paid add-ons.

There is a $90 minimum a month, for the agency's total across all products, not per client or per product. The monthly price above 50 sites applies to the sites over 50, and the same for 150. Cancelling a subscription works like a lapse: your sites keep running on the versions they have, and updates stop.
Private add-on
Odden CRM Pro
Pro adds AI to the CRM you already run: an AI-written account briefing on every contact and company, email subject lines, and drafted replies in the ticket reply box. The AI runs on your own Anthropic key, so nothing about it is billed by Odden, and each workspace or install brings its own. Without a key, every feature falls back to the built-in version. Pro is $149 the first year, then $49 a year, or included in the Suite.
What the paid add-ons send us
Once a day, a live site with a license key tells our license server its domain and the versions of the paid packages, PHP, and Laravel it runs. That is all. No contacts, deals, tickets, or anything else from your CRM leaves your server. We use it to tell you when an update is waiting or your license has ended, and to show you which sites use a license. You can turn it off with one setting, and a failed check-in never affects the site.
Hosted
Odden Cloud
The hosted version, run by the team that builds the packages. One flat monthly price per workspace, with unlimited users and Marketing, Service, and Pro included. No per-seat pricing: add your whole team without changing your bill. The plan follows how many contacts you hold.
Email goes out through your own provider: each workspace sends through its own SMTP server (Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, or any other), so there are no email caps from us and no email charges on your Odden bill.
Odden Cloud is in development. These are the prices we expect to launch with, and they are confirmed when early access opens. Join the early-access list.
