Pipelines that keep deals moving
Track every deal from first call to signature. Run more than one pipeline, see which deals need attention, and send quotes your customers accept online.
- Pipelines with guardrails. Each stage can require fields before a deal moves forward.
- Deals that ask for attention. Health scoring and stalled-deal detection surface what needs a follow-up.
- Quote to close. Products, quotes with online acceptance, sequences, forecasts, quotas, and booking links.

A help desk that knows the customer
Turn email, web forms, chat, and API requests into tickets. Every ticket sits next to the customer's deals and campaigns, so whoever answers sees the whole relationship.
- SLAs on business hours. Policies follow your working hours and alert your team before a ticket breaches.
- Routing and replies. Routing rules, canned responses, and ticket merging keep the queue under control.

Marketing on the same data as sales
Run campaigns against the customers already in your CRM. There are no sync jobs between tools: a form submission, an email click, and a closed deal land in the same place.
- Campaigns and workflows. Email campaigns with A/B testing, and drip workflows that react to what contacts do.
- Lead scoring that ages. Scores decay over time, and account-level intent rolls up to companies.
- Attribution you can query. Forms with progressive profiling, landing pages, and six multi-touch attribution models.

Forms, meeting booking, and quote links, plus a support portal, help center, and chat widget with Service and landing pages with Marketing, each switched on or off by you.
Tickets from email
With Service. Mail sent to your workspace's address becomes a ticket, and replies thread onto it.
An API and webhooks
Every workspace has its own API token for the APIs of the packages in its plan, and webhooks for events.

One sign-in for every client
Each client gets a workspace of its own, and the data of one never mixes with another's. You sign in once and move between workspaces from the switcher at the top of every page.
- An account dashboard lists every workspace you belong to, with your role in each and its headline numbers, next to your licenses, your sign-in security, and the invitations waiting for you.
- A role in each workspace: owner, admin, manager, member, or viewer. Invite a client's team, and remove anyone at any time; it takes effect on their next click.

Workspaces are separated in the application itself, and every request checks that you still belong to the workspace you are opening.

An audit trail
Sign-ins, changes to members and settings, and exports are recorded, and workspace owners can read their own.
Support only with your say-so
Our staff can only look at a workspace through a session that is read-only unless your owners allow changes, expires on its own, and emails your owners when it starts.
