Odden Cloud overview
What Odden Cloud is, how it relates to the self-hosted Odden CRM docs, and where to find each part of this guide.
Odden Cloud is the hosted version of Odden CRM. You sign in at cloud.odden.io, and your team keeps its contacts, deals, tickets and campaigns in a workspace that we run for you. There is nothing to install, update or back up.
Cloud and the self-hosted docs
Odden Cloud and the self-hosted Odden CRM are the same product: the same Sales, Marketing and Service packages, with the same features. The documentation at /docs describes those features, and almost all of it applies to your workspace.
What Cloud adds is the part around the CRM:
- Hosting. We run, secure and update it. You never touch a server.
- Workspaces. Each team, or each client of an agency, gets a workspace of its own, with its own people and its own data. See Workspaces and people.
- Billing. You pay for a plan per workspace, from inside the workspace. See Billing.
- Hosted email. You can send from your own domain through Odden, with an allowance that depends on your plan. See Email.
Because we do the hosting, instructions in the self-hosted docs about installing packages, editing config files or running commands do not apply to you. The feature guides do.
Plans in one paragraph
Odden Cloud has four plans: Starter, Growth, Suite and Enterprise. They differ in which packages a workspace has, whether the AI features are on, and how many contacts it can hold. Every plan has unlimited users. For what each plan includes and what it costs, see the pricing page.
Where to start
New here? Read Getting started. It takes you from signing up to your first contact, and explains the 30-day free trial and what it can and cannot send.
The guide
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Getting started | Signing up, confirming your email, the free trial, choosing a plan, first steps. |
| Workspaces and people | Roles, inviting and removing people, signing in, two-factor sign-in and passkeys, agencies, support sessions. |
| Billing | Choosing and changing a plan, payment, cancelling, failed payments. |
| Sending and receiving email from your workspace. | |
| Pages and domains | Public forms, landing pages and help center, and the domains they use. |
| Your data | Exporting your data, deleting a workspace, closing your account. |
| Support | How to reach us and what to include. |
Using the features
These guides explain what each package does. They are written for the self-hosted product, and the features work the same way in Cloud.
- Core: contacts, companies, lists, custom properties and the data model every package shares.
- Sales: deals, pipelines and stages, quotes, sequences and meeting links.
- Marketing: campaigns, forms and landing pages, workflows and lead scoring.
- Service: tickets, the knowledge base, the customer portal and SLA policies.
Which of Sales, Marketing and Service your workspace has depends on its plan.
